Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, inspects works at Sawari Alexandria project, Invest-Gate reports.
Situated on 419.74 feddans, the project aims to provide different categories of housing and investment services.
El-Gazzar notes that the project is based on two pillars, the first of which is located at 120 feddans and comprises building 64 towers in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), including 3,068 units.
64% of the towers are completed, the housing minister reveals.
He says that the first phase also comprises a plan to build 310 villas on 57 feddans, adding that 74% of the project is completed.
Furthermore, El-Gazzar unveils the second pillar of the Sawari Alexandria project involves developing 250-feddan lands in partnership between NUCA, the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, and a group of investors with total investments of around EGP 30 bn.
