Akadia Developments holds a ceremony to honor its employees’ efforts for achieving EGP 500 mn in sales generated from the company’s second project, the Pagoda Business Tower, Invest-Gate reports.

CEO of Akadia Developments, Hana Raouf, says that despite the project’s tough competition with many projects in the New Administrative Capital and the impact of the global economic crisis on sales, the company sold over 60% of Pagoda Business Tower.

Raouf adds that Pagoda Business Tower is an administrative and commercial project comprising a ground floor and 13 stories.

Situated on 3,111 sqm, the project is planned to be delivered by the end of 2025, she notes.

Raouf reveals that the company’s sales amounted to around EGP 1 bn, including EGP 400 mn from the first project and EGP 500 mn from the second project.
