The Ark Development launches the first phase of The Ark project in South Teseen street in the Fifth Settlement district, New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The phase comprises commercial and administrative units including loft triplex, duplex, penthouse, and other administrative offices.

The Ark project is located at 92 feddans. Apart from the commercial area, the project includes a residential district, a culture and entertainment center, a central park, and a hotel.

The commercial area is designed in cooperation with Savills, HKS, EDSA, and Innovation. Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) and ECG provide consultancy services for construction.

CEO of The Ark Development, Osama Abu Alam, reveals that concrete and foundations work started and deliveries are set to start in 2025.

He adds that the company is interested in the application of environmental and technological principles in its projects to preserve energy and water.
