Anchor Developments intends to launch its second project in the New Administrative Capital in January 2023, as a part of a 2-year plan with EGP 10 bn in investments, Invest-Gate reports.

Chairman of Anchor Developments, Amr Ali, reveals that the company develops 3 plots of land in NAC with a total area of 26,275 sqm.

The success of the marketing of the Rivoli project in a record time supported Anchor’s plan to launch a second project, Ali notes.

He says that Egypt builds new cities which offer a variety of promising investment opportunities.

Anchor is affiliated with El Sarh Holding Company, which enjoys 30 years of experience in construction and contracting, the top executive remarks.

Ali adds that Anchor enters into a contract with Medad Consultant Engineers for the operation of its first project, Rivoli, and plans to seal agreements with other entities for upcoming projects.
