Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announces that 1,236 residential units in Housing for All Egyptians presidential initiatives are underway in New Qena city, Invest-Gate reports.

Head of the New Qena Development Authority, Mostafa Sayed, notes that around 21 residential buildings including 504 units are completed.

He adds that 28 buildings including 732 units are under construction.

Sayed says that a hospital is under construction in New Qena including 175 beds with total investments of EGP 152.9 mn.

The new hospital comprises 8 floors including a basement, a ground floor, and 6 recurring floors, the top official reveals.
