Dubai-based developer Limitless has awarded AED 227.5 million project at The Galleries, at Downtown Jebel Ali, to Sharjah-based contracting company, Eastern International, The National reported.
The project includes two residential towers, each has 27 storeys, which are 70% complete, and are due to be completed in the third quarter of 2017. Additionally, the project has a 86,957 square meter built-up area which contains 641 apartments and retail units.
The residential towers are also located across from four office towers that constitute The Galleries’ business community, which includes a 18,581 square meters of landscaped plaza separating the office and residential complexes, according to Construction News Online.
“The Galleries is already a firmly-established, vibrant commercial hub and home to some of the world’s biggest names in business. With the completion of these two towers, we can look forward to The Galleries growing into a full mixed-use, strategically-located community,”Chairman of Limitless, Ali Rashid Lootah said.
