Arqa Developments Group enters into a strategic partnership with ACE Moharram-Bakhoum consultancy for the I Business Park project in the New Administrative Capital’s Downtown district, Invest-Gate reports.

The CEO of Arqa Developments, Ahmed Gamal Al-Dein, adds that the partnership with ACE Moharram-Bakhoum is a strong addition to the project, as the company enjoys a real estate product with all operative elements.

He adds that the architecture design of the projects has over 95% of the operative elements, according to an evaluation by MRB project management and operational consulting company.

For his part, the CEO of MRB, Mohamed Rashid, confirms that the project’s architectural and mechanical designs are compliant with sustainability and operation standards.
