Master Group Developments signs an agreement with Meamar Real Estate Development for the implementation of the landscaping works of The City project, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement also provides for building basic utilities for the project’s units.

Electricity works are underway to keep pace with the plan to deliver the project in the first quarter of 2023.

Situated on 54 feddans in the New Administrative Capital’s R7 district, The City is implemented with total investments of EGP 7 bn.

The project features units with areas starting from 95 sqm to 198 sqm and duplex units with areas ranging between 217 sqm and 396 sqm.
