Etqan for financial and marketing consultancy reveals achieving major success with its partnership with Dubai Real Estate Developments in 2022, Invest-Gate reports.

In 2022, the partnership between the two companies resulted in the launching of Capital Dubai Mall with is an entertainment and commercial project in the R7 district with a total area of 13,500 sqm.

Abdel Fattah Al Mor, Chairman of Dubai Real Estate Development, commends cooperation with Etqan, reaffirming that 2022 has witnessed great success between the two companies.

Meanwhile, Mahir Al Shirbini, CEO of Etqan, notes that in 2022 the company organized the biggest real estate event of the year, hosting international property expert, Mohanad Al Wadia, and held a workshop that is attended by over 1,000 real estate companies.

He adds that Etqan launched its first-of-kind initiative for holders of banking certificates of deposits, and provides a group of exceptional offers under the “Season in Dubai” campaign, which achieves major success in the Egyptian market.
