The second edition of the Real Estate Future Forum kicks off on January 23rd in Riyadh and witnesses signing SAR 10 bn agreements so far, Invest-Gate reports.
The event features over 150 speakers from both Saudi Arabia and abroad, with 60 participating pavilions.
The Real Estate Future Forum is held for three days. The Forum is held in conjunction with the launch of the real estate brokerage bylaw.
bylaw is one of key enablers for the development and governance of the real estate sector serving the Saudi market.
Furthermore, the event witnesses signing over SAR 10 bn agreements in the field of real estate development and construction techniques, and the establishment of four investment funds to develop commercial, tourism and residential projects.
