Serac Developments completes 70% of construction works of City Hall Strip New Capital in the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.

Karim Mamoun, CEO of Serac Developments, highlights that the company is keen to offer distinguished projects for customers with added value in terms of location, payment methods, spaces, and design.

City Hall Strip New Capital is located in NAC’s Investors District.

The project includes 6 buildings with separate administrative and commercial activities and a separate building for medical activity, with a ground floor height and 4 recurrent floors.

Mamoun reveals that the reservation down payment in the company’s new project starts from 10% with installment plans of up to 8 years, and various areas start from 62 sqm for commercial units on the ground floor and from 31 sqm on the upper floor, while spaces of administrative and medical units start from 32 sqm.
