Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) launches a 35-mn-sqm new residential suburb in Riyadh, Invest-Gate reports.

The new suburb, Al Fursan, features 50,000 residential units and more than 190 facilities. It is surrounded by 6 mn sqm of green space.

The Ministry of Housing and NHC signed SAR 42 bn worth of agreements with developers for the mega project.

Mohammed bin Salih Al Batti, CEO of NHC, notes that Al Fursan comes with a new concept of housing and distinguished modern styles that carry the spirit of architectural originality with global standards that meet quality of life requirements, providing a unique experience with gardens, green spaces, and integrated services.
