ElSAFA Contracting Company launches East Yard project in Ismailia on 6.5 feddans, Invest-Gate reports.

The company enters into contracts with Sia for projects Management and Development and Strike Art Production to manage the project’s marketing and sales.

Mahmoud Al Baali, CEO of ElSAFA Contracting, reveals that East Yard includes a hypermarket, 120 commercial units of various sizes, and an entertainment playground area that provides a unique experience for clients visiting the project.

He adds that ElSAFA Contracting Company has a strong business precedent in implementing various projects, which qualifies it to implement an unconventional project in all its details.

The CEO says that the project also includes a large number of commercial shops in the most prominent locations in Ismailia.
