Style Home Development launches “The ICON GARDENS” project, in New Cairo, on an area of 13 feddans, behind the American University in Cairo, with investments exceeding EGP 1 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Hussein Dawood, Chairman of Style Home Development, reveals that the project is a residential project that includes a large number of units with various areas ranging from 100 sqm to 270 sqm.

He adds that the project consists of 3 marketing and implementation phases, and it is scheduled to start marketing the first phase of the project during the first quarter of 2023.

Dawood notes that the company has started receiving reservations from customers for the new project, and marketing will begin officially immediately after Eid Al-Fitr.

Furthermore, the top executive reveals that the green spaces account for 80% of the project area and that the residential part contains 26 buildings.
