Moustafa Madbouly, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, announced a new land tender conducted through the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in cooperation with the General Authority for Investment (GAFI). Lands offered are part of the first stage of the Dar Misr project, reported Invest Gate.

The size of lands tendered ranges from 934.7 square meters to 93,477 square meters, and are located in New Cairo, 6th of October City, Obour City, 10th of Ramadan, Badr, Shourok, Sadat, and New Damietta.
