The average lease for villas and family houses in Dubai surges 26% YoY in the two months of 2023, recording AED 295,436, Invest-Gate reports.

The average rent of residential apartments in the emirate jumped 28% YoY to AED 99.737 in February, according to a report by CBRE Group.

The average sale price of villas increased by 14% in February, while residential apartments are sold with 11% YoY higher prices.

Furthermore, the number of property deals in Dubai soared 43.9% YoY in February, registering 8,515.

Last month, Real estate expert Walid Al Zarooni stated that the Dubai real estate sector is set to revive quickly, pushed up by investments from 65,000 people who received the golden visa.
