Egyptian Real Estate developer Khaled Sabry Holding plans to launch an integrated project on 56 feddans in Q2 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

Khaled Sabry, Chairman of Khaled Sabry Holding, reveals that the company aims to offer an integrated urban community with services in partnership with major engineering, architectural and management consulting companies to ensure the implementation of a unique project.

He adds that the company owns a portfolio of large investment projects through which it seeks to provide several diverse real estate products that cater to the desire of all customers.

Sabry notes that the company is working to provide a real estate product with a different idea in a variety of areas and at competitive prices, which will be announced by April.

It is noteworthy the company launched two mixed-use projects in the New Administrative Capital, as part of its real estate portfolio, with investments exceeding EGP 1.5 bn with over 25 years of experience.
