Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development organizes a celebration of the 95th anniversary of the establishment of the city of Granada, one of the most important heritage sites in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.
Tamer Nasser, the company’s CEO, reveals that the completion of the city’s restoration and development began in 2017 and took two years with a cost of about EGP 47 million within the framework of the state’s plan to revive and develop heritage Cairo and its buildings and preserve the architectural identity of these buildings.
Nasser points out that the company was keen to restore and rehabilitate the assets owned by it with the participation of major companies and specialized entities with great experience and high competencies to raise the level of services in important sites with exceptional heritage on the land of Egypt.
The company seeks during the coming period to offer the city to companies wishing to exploit this place to achieve the highest possible profitability for both parties, he adds.
Nasser says the offering is a usufruct right in the city for 3 different areas to more than one investor, provided that each area is offered separately
The top executive unveils the three areas including the main building in the runway and the front yard, which is suitable for cultural and tourism activities, exhibitions, and parties, the second area in the royal rest building, and the third area is the backyard area, and it is suitable for many commercial, tourism and entertainment activities.
