Cairo Festival City Mall (CFCM) partners with the Misr El Kheir Foundation to distribute thousands of food supply boxes across Egypt’s governorates, Invest-Gate reports.

The mall seeks to help underprivileged communities through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform, Festival Cares.

The cooperation with Misr El Kheir reflects CFCM’s commitment to the eradication of hunger in Egypt.

Heba Abdallah, Head of Marketing at CFCM, notes: “Through our commitment as a responsible contributor to the community, we always strive to do our utmost through our social initiatives calendar, seizing opportunities to deliver and assist underprivileged citizens.”

Amal Mobadda, Fundraising Sector’s CEO and Director at Misr El Kheir Foundation, comments: “Our partnership with CFCM has been ongoing for several years now, focused on helping the most disadvantaged families in multiple areas.”

It is worth noting that CFCM has participated in a number of collaborations that promote social engagement in an effort to raise the standard of living and build a brighter future for Egyptians.

A good example of that participation is the mall’s latest initiative to fundraise for the Magdy Yacoub Foundation on Valentine’s Day.
