El-Batal Developments wins the Luxury Lifestyle Award 2023 for its project Rock Capital 1 in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is classified as the best luxury commercial development project for the year, according to the Luxury Lifestyle Award which selects distinguished projects in various sectors according to global standards.

The award recognizes El-Batal Developments’ efforts to implement innovative projects in the Egyptian market using the latest construction methods and international technical standards.

El-Batal Development’s CEO, Emad Doss, says the award was a testament to the project’s adherence to the highest international standards and its ability to meet the needs of multinational companies and major brands.

The Rock Capital 1 project, which is set to be handed over in 2024, is the largest administrative building in the governmental district of the NAC and has a total built-up area of 100,000 sqm.

El-Batal Developments plans to expand in the new capital and launch new projects in the coming period, supported by its expertise in the Egyptian market that extends over 44 years.
