Contact Developments launches Eval Towers, its fourth project in the New Administrative Capital, with EGP 7 bn ($227.1 mn) in investments, Invest-Gate reports.

Chairman Ahmed Fikry states that the project sits near the capital’s main gate on Bin Zayed Avenue, less than three minutes from the iconic tower and Al-Fattah Al-Alim Mosque, with views of the Green River and an adjacent 15,000 sqm green area.

He says the project covers 9,100 sqm spread over 18 floors housing commercial and administrative space.

The project comprises two buildings – one for administration and the other a hotel – Managing Director Khaled Al-Seoufi reveals.

He notes that the company contracted consulting and specialized companies to ensure optimal design, management and returns for clients.
