Raaed Developments starts construction on its EGP 1.8 bn ROOTS project in New Sohag, Invest-Gate reports.

Hisham Al-Sentrisi, the company’s CEO, says that the company aims to meet its deadline, adding that the firm will maximize construction to meet schedules.

Raaed is providing financing to accelerate work, aiming for the highest build rates, he states.

Sentrisi remarks that the company’s financial health allows it to start building before marketing.

Constructing parts beforehand supports customer decision-making as they can see units and gain confidence in Raaed’s delivery, he maintains. C

Roots, spanning 87,000 sqm, comprises 33 buildings with 496 units, including villas averaging 500 sqm, duplexes, and a mall.

Build space reaches 50% of the total, with the rest for green spaces and services offering a different lifestyle.

Raaed contracted Sabbour Consulting for architecture and Behairy Consulting to supervise construction and structure, the CEO announced.
