This makes Brouq have a distinguished portfolio and projects in NAC, with investments exceeding EGP 8 bn.

For his part, Ibrahim Al-Sid, Managing Director and CEO of Brouq Development, says, “The company succeeded during the last period in launching 3 mixed-use projects, namely (Spark Capital Insight, Cento, BN).”

“This comes with a strategic partnership with companies that contributed to the success of these projects, Al-Sid adds.

The “Spark Capital Insight” project is the first of the company’s projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Al-Sid continues.

Al-Sid points out that the project is a complete investment “commercial, administrative, medical, hotel” mall developed using the latest methods and smart technologies.

Noteworthy that Mimar Architects, Egyptian developers and Al Fada Contracting & General Maintenance LLC are the general contractors for the project.

Also, The Spark Capital Insight project is located on a land area of 9,000 sqm, including 30% of the mall itself.

Meanwhile, the rest of the space is dedicated to he facilities, services and landscapes provided by the Spark Capital Insight Mall, which ensures maximum use of the entire mall.
