Reportage Egypt, an Emirati real estate developer, achieves a high rate of construction at its Montenapoleone project in Egypt, completing 17% of the work in just six months, Invest-Gate reports.
The company is accelerating the pace of construction to adhere to delivery timelines for clients, Chief Executive Officer Hanna Karam says in an interview. “Commitment is an essential part of our business strategy,” he adds.
Karam notes that construction started shortly after the project was launched late last year.
“The current period requires companies to quickly construct their projects based on strong financial solvency that supports accelerating constructions, in addition to having experience and flexibility in dealing with economic and market changes, which Reportage Egypt possesses,” he states.
“Reportage Egypt has succeeded in completing excavation and levelling works, and now work is underway in phases of pouring foundations of townhouse units in the project’s first phase,” Karam maintains.
He highlights that constructions were carried out according to a specific plan linked to the delivery date while maintaining the quality of properties that are being built in order to enhance customer confidence in the company and sustain its credibility in developing real estate products with all features agreed upon with customers.
The Montenapoleone compound is built on 111 acres within Mostakbal City, east of Cairo. The development comprises townhouses and apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms.
