UC Developments announces starting the excavation works at its mega project, East Tower, in the Central Business District (CBD) in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with a primary cost of up to EGP 300 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

ACE Moharram Bakhoum Consulting is overseeing the implementation of the project. Last year, UC Developments signed an agreement with each Meadis — headed by Wael Shawkat — and Namaa BFM to manage, operate, and maintain the East Tower project.

East Tower is a skyscraper consisting of 42 mixed-use stories at a height of over 160 meters. The project features administrative, commercial, and hotel units,CEO of UC Developments Sameh Awad comments.

Awad notes that East Tower is the third among UC’s four projects in NAC; Uni Tower 1, Uni Tower 2, and Suli Residence in the R8 District in NAC, which was offered recently,

It is worth mentioning that the company announced this in the presence of many businessmen, presidents of real estate development companies, public figures, and media representatives.
