MODON Development announces its expansion plan for 2024, aiming to launch three new projects in East Cairo and the North Coast, in parallel with achieving seven projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) with the highest implementation rates, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Osama, CEO of MODON Development, states that a strategic contract is concluded with the “RO” Co. to develop a huge project in the most distinguished site in the 5th Settlement.

He affirms that the company is now about to finalize the procedures for obtaining the ministerial decision for the project.

Upon the project’s completion, the details, marketing, and implementation plan will be revealed as MODON aims to implement a creative multi uses project commensurate with the expertise of the major company in Egypt and the Arab world, Osama notes.

He points out that senior consulting offices will be hired to provide a premium design that achieves added value to the Egyptian market.

MODON targets launching two new projects; one on the North Coast, and the other in Mostakbal City, New Cairo, according to the CEO.

Concerning the progress of work in NAC, MODON Development’s CEO affirms that the school that the company is implementing there has been completed, and high implementation rates are being achieved in the other six projects.

The projects implemented by MODON other than the school are the Tower, Modon Hotel & Residence, Modon mega tower, Central iconic tower, Green River Tower, and business tower.

Besides, MODON managed to implement other various projects, including more than 100 residential towers in the East Nasr City district, in addition to the Garden View Compound in the 5th settlement that includes 75 villas, and a Sephora with 630 residential units.
