NCB Developments, one of the leading companies in the field of real estate development, announces launching its third project, “Valencia”, in the Andalous district of New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

With investments amounting to EGP 3.7 bn, the announcement was made during a massive event in the presence of the chairman of the company’s board of directors, members of the board of directors, customers, and a group of important personalities.

Gerges Lowndy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NCB, says during the press conference, “The company has an ambitious plan during the coming period and targets a volume of investments of up to EGP 20 bn by the end of this year and is preparing to launch a series of other projects.

“Projects will meet the needs of all segments and classes, pointing out that the volume of the company’s investments during the first year of its work in the market amounted to EGP 6 bn,” Lowndy continues.

He adds, “The project is built on an area of 12.5 acres in the Andalous district in New Cairo, and it is a residential project consisting of 15 buildings, a Strip Mall, a clubhouse, and service areas. The buildings represent 22.5%, and the rest are green spaces.”
