Madbouly Witnesses Signing Partnerships To Manage, Operate 2 New Hotels in Cairo

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly witnesses the signing of partnership contracts between City Edge Developments, on behalf of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, and the Hilton Brand to manage and operate two new hotels in the Maspero Triangle and the Soor Magra El Oyoun, Invest-Gate reports.

At the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), the partnership agreements were signed by Mohamed El Dahan, CEO of City Edge Developments, and Sam Diab, Development Director of the Hilton Brand, and in the presence of Minister of Housing, Assem El-Gazzar.

The first hotel is Double Tree of Hilton Cairo Downtown in the Maspero Triangle. The hotel contains 260 rooms and suites, and is scheduled to be operated in June 2028.

Meanwhile, the second hotel is Hilton Cairo Old City in the Soor Magra El Oyoun area. With a capacity 218 rooms and suites, the hotel is planned to include other services, such as celebration halls, gym, spa, swimming pool, and restaurants, in addition, it is scheduled to be operated at the end of 2026.
