The weekly real estate bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice shows that the volume of real estate trading in registered sales contracts with the Real Estate Registration Administration during the period from June 25 to 26 exceeded SAR 161 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

The bulletin included the top five properties among the 39 properties sold during the past week. A residential complex in the Al Sadd area of Doha was sold for SAR 50 mn, with an area of 2,607 sqm, equivalent to SAR 19,179/sqm.

Additionally, a residential property with an area of 2,562 sqm in the Muraykh area of Al Rayyan was sold for SAR 10 mn, equivalent to SAR 3,903/sqm.

In comparison, a residential property with an area of 1,257 sqm in the Rawdat Al Qadeem area of Al Rayyan was sold for SAR 8.9 mn, equivalent to SAR 7,080/sqm.
