Counsel Masters real estate company announced that bookings and deliveries of the EGP 800 mn second phase of the Mamsha Ahl Masr “Walk of the Egyptian People” project will start in six months, Invest-Gate reports.

The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), which is tasked with the project, has contracted with Counsel Masters for the management of the second phase.

The first phase is 1.8 km long and stretches from the 15th of May Bridge to the Imbaba Bridge. It was implemented for EGP 600 mn.

The first phase includes 19 buildings with 62 shops, 5 cafeterias, 5 restaurants and 3 garages.

The second phase will run from the 15th of May Bridge to the Qasr El-Nil Bridge and from the Imbaba Bridge to the Coast Bridge – a total of 3.2 km. It will be executed with investments exceeding EGP 800 mn.

The second phase will include a 4 km walkway, 19 buildings, 63 shops, 7 service buildings, 9 grandstands and two theatres.

Site coordination works for terraces, fountains and other features are underway. The “Walk of the Egyptian People” is envisioned as a beautiful civilian destination and a tourist attraction for visitors to Egypt.
