Arab Contractors for Facilities Management, JK Facilities Link Up to Expand in Project Management

Arab Contractors for Facility Management and JK Facilities, specialized in managing commercial centers and malls, signed a cooperation agreement to expand in the field of projects and facilities management, and exchange experiences in Egypt, Africa, and the Middle East, Invest-Gate reports.

The memorandum of cooperation (MoC) was signed by Mohamed Mandour, Chairperson and Managing Director of Arab Contractors for Facilities Management, and Tamer Shaker Abdel Rahman, CEO of JOUD Investments and President of JK Facilities. The MoC signing was witnessed by senior officials from both companies.

Abdel Rahman said JK Facilities has a plan to pursue such strategic partnerships extensively right now. He said the company is negotiating with Saudi, Kuwaiti, and Jordanian firms to announce investment projects in Egypt for the first time.

He cited Egypt’s urban development, legislative environment, and investment climate as factors boosting foreign investment. He said results will be seen soon via an entertainment and commercial project in Dokki and others in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

Abdel Rahman described Arab Contractors for Facility Management as well-established in facilities management services including operating and maintaining public and private facilities.

Aysal Khalifa, Executive Director of JK Facilities, said the agreement is among several with local and international companies to provide management services for new Egyptian projects. She described Arab Contractors for Facilities Management as an internationally known company.

Khalifa said both companies aim to expand further in Egypt, especially in modern mega-projects, given their capabilities in exchanging experiences locally. She said the pacts will create more jobs for Egyptian youth.

JK Facilities specializes in managing commercial, administrative, and medical projects. It provides management consulting to reduce operating costs and offer innovative solutions, Khalifa said.
