El Batal Developments announced signing a contract with one of the leading firms, ThyssenKrupp, to provide elevators and escalators for the Rock Capital 1 project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and the Rock Gold Mall in the Fifth Settlement area, Invest-Gate reports.

Doss added that El Batal always seeks to choose leading companies for its projects, and ThyssenKrupp has an impressive track record in various sectors.

ThyssenKrupp has previously worked at Cairo International Airport, Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, Al Ahly Bank, the National Museum of Civilization, and other projects.

Rock Capital 1 is the largest administrative building in the government district in NAC, and El Batal Developments completed the concrete works months ago, putting it among the first private sector companies to deliver administrative buildings in the district according to current execution rates.

Moreover, Rock Capital 1 won the 2023 Luxury Lifestyle Award as the Best Luxury Commercial Development in 2023, while Rock Gold Mall is the first gold and beauty mall in Egypt that brings together top gold brands as well as beauty centers, cafes, shops, and a kids’ area.
