Regency Park Development signed a contract with EGY MAP to operate the Regency Mall in October Gardens City, providing the company’s clients with the highest and most profitable returns on commercial, administrative, and medical units, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Nadim Monged, Chairman of Regency Park Development explained that the mall covers an area of approximately 3,825 sqm and consists of an underground floor, ground floor, first-floor commercial area, and a second-floor medical zone.

Furthermore, Abdulrahman Saber, Chairman of EGY MAP, stated that they are pleased to sign contracts with Regency in creating residential and commercial projects within and outside Egypt, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The mall offers a diverse range of commercial, service, and entertainment outlets and a supermarket, cinema halls, restaurants, and cafes.
