Alexandria Company for Investment and Urban Development announced its participation in the Cityscape Egypt 2023, scheduled to be held from September 20 to 23, with special offers and facilities on the Ariba North Coast project, Invest-Gate reports.

The company, affiliated with the Ministry of Public Business Sector, continues to implement its marketing plan, as it achieved distinguished sales results with its project Ariba North Coast.

Ayman Abu Bakr Mohamed, Chairman and Managing Director of Alexandria Company for Investment and Urban Development, stated that the company was keen to conduct an extensive market study before launching Ariba to provide a product that suits the needs of customers.

He explained that the company is implementing the Ariba project on an area of 19 acres, at km 90, Alexandria-Matrouh Road. The project includes 344 units, consisting of villas with an area of ​​197 sqm, chalets with areas ranging from 96 sqm to 137 sqm, and a height from the ground and three to four floors. This is in addition to chalets with an area ranging from 82 sqm to 117 sqm and a height from the ground and 5 floors.

He noted that the project includes a 200-m beach and a lagoon width of 21 m. Furthermore, Ariba will be built on four terraces, with a terrace height of 1.5 m above sea level.

Regarding prices, the company mentioned that the company will provide facilities in payment systems during the exhibition, starting from a 5% down payment and installments up to 8 years.
