Roya Developments, one of the leading companies in the Egyptian real estate market, is set to participate in the Cityscape exhibition with exceptional offers for its various projects, Invest-Gate reports.

These projects include Telal Soul in the North Coast, Stone Hills in New Cairo, and Telal Shores in Ain Sokhna, recently launched with targeted sales exceeding EGP 5 bn.

Telal Shores is part of the Telal El Sokhna project, stretching along a 6-km stretch on the Red Sea coast, Telal Shores consists of five phases spanning 88 acres. It offers a variety of distinguished residential units with modern architectural designs that meet all the needs of Roya Developments’ clients.

Comprising five phases, Telal Shores includes a lake covering an area of approximately 16,800 sqm. It is worth mentioning that the company successfully sold out the first phase within 8 hours, with a total contractual sales of over EGP 1 bn.

For his part, Mohamed Adel, CEO of Roya Developments, expressed his great satisfaction with the launch of the first phase of Telal Shores in El Sokhna and the overwhelming response from clients to the project.

Moreover, Adel highlighted that throughout 2023, the pace of deliveries in the company’s various projects has increased. The final phase of Telal Sidi Abdel Rahman, consisting of approximately 100 residential units, has been delivered, in addition to 50 units in Telal El Sokhna, 40 in Stone Park, and 145 in Stone Residence in New Cairo.
