Egyptian developer El Attal Holding signed engineering consultancy contracts worth EGP 30 mn for the West Leaves project, Invest-Gate reports.
The agreements were inked with Benaa, Mito Consult, ESO Consultancy, Tiba Consulting, and Omar Othman for structures, MEP, electrification, drilling, and roads respectively.
DMA will oversee construction while Inversion will manage the project. Malaysian firm My Vysionlink was contracted for facilities operations.
Chairman Ahmed El-Attal expressed happiness at partnering with experienced consultants led by Raif Fahmy Consulting as a general advisor.
Located on 38 acres on the 6th of October, West Leaves consists of residential, commercial, and administrative buildings spread over 29,000 sqm.
Al-Attal said phase one sold out quickly and phase two is oversubscribed for the EGP 5 bn project incorporating sustainability.
An agreement was also reached with Hilton to operate a 150-room hotel and manage hotel apartments.
