Winvestor Development launches the I Invest system to manage and operate customer units in the I Sheraton Compound project, aiming to achieve a rental return of up to 10% annually, Invest-Gate reports.

Hisham Ibrahim, Managing Director of Winvestor Developments, stated that the company is working on providing a range of marketing and investment solutions to its clients to achieve the best investment return for the project.

He explained that Ashranda Hotel Management Company will provide hotel services and management for the project’s units and lease the hotel units to benefit the project’s clients.

Ibrahim further indicated that the project is being implemented on an area of 4,650 sqm, consisting of four buildings with over 130 residential units, including two basements, ground and four repeated floors. The unit sizes range from 87 to 207 sqm, with flexible payment systems and facilities available for up to six years. The delivery of the first phase is scheduled to begin by the end of 2025.

Moreover, Ibrahim emphasized that through the I Sheraton project, the company aims to offer a distinct and unique real estate product by providing all the services and requirements to achieve the highest quality standards in the real estate product offered to its clients, using the latest construction technologies.

It is worth mentioning that to deliver a distinctive real estate product, Winvestor Development has enlisted the services of Criteria Design Group as the architectural and engineering consultant for the project, Ashranda Boutique Hotel to manage the hotel component of the project, and IMS Solution to provide integrated marketing and investment consultations, aiming to add value to the project by applying the highest engineering, environmental, and marketing standards.
