UC Developments announced its participation in the 12th edition of the Cityscape 2023, held from September 20 to 23 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, Invest-Gate reports.

Sameh Awad, CEO of UC Developments, said that the company offers various payment plans that meet all needs and suit the customer’s purchasing power in the projects; Uni Tower 2, East Tower, and Suli Golf Residence in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). He explained that the construction rates in the company’s projects are proceeding according to the specified timetables.

He pointed out that the construction of three floors in the basement and ground floor in Uni Tower 1 and Uni Tower 2 projects has been completed, and 50% of the work to support the excavation sides of East Tower project has been completed.

Awad said that East Tower project in the central business district in NAC has a direct 360-degree view of the Iconic Tower, the Green River, and green spaces.

He added that the company offers price plans that suit the customer’s purchasing power and payment systems starting from 10% down payment, 15% discount, and installments up to 10 years. Moreover, payment plans are always modified according to market indicators.
