NCB Developments announced its contract with Arab Consulting Engineers (ACE) Moharram – Bakhoum, to supervise the implementation of engineering and architectural designs for the Verti and InnoView projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

Gerges Lawendy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NCB Developments, said that the company aims to provide a real estate product characterized by the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and contracting with ACE Moharam – Bakhoum is a strong addition to the project, as the company is looking for specialists in every field.

Waleed Lawendy, Head of the Engineering Sector of NCB Developments and a Member of the Board of Directors, added that the engineering department was keen on excellence in all projects, so it contracted with MOharam – Bakhoum, one of the most important and largest multi-disciplinary engineering consulting companies locally and internationally.

Ahmed Mahdi, Chief Executive Officer of NCB Developments, commented that the volume of sales in the company’s projects reflects the confidence of customers in the company’s credibility and the strong position it holds among developers.

He pointed out that the company is currently studying more than one opportunity to develop a new coastal tourism project between Sokhna and the North Coast during 2023.
