Dubai-based Al Qamzi Developments achieved record sales of over EGP 8 bn in one year, driven by strong demand for its luxury residential offerings in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.

The developer is expanding its footprint in the Egyptian market through prime mixed-use and tourism-oriented projects. Al Qamzi touts its portfolio of contemporary designs, strategic locations, and construction partners as key differentiators.

The company’s Seazen development on Egypt’s North Coast generated over 30% of total sales. The extensive amenities and sea views at the 204-feddan, EGP 14 bn project resonated with buyers. Seazen units range from fully furnished villas to chalets.

Al Qamzi will announce a new EGP 700 mn Seazen phase within a month. It partnered with prominent local builder Dar Al-Mimar Construction to deliver the first EGP 500 mn segment.

In Cairo, Al Qamzi’s EGP 3 bn EastShire compound in the Fifth Settlement targets completion by 2025. The project focuses on contemporary townhouses and villas starting from 166 sqm. Green spaces and luxury facilities aim to attract elite residents.
