Housing Ministry Explores Progress on Housing for All Egyptians Initiative in 10th of Ramadan City

Alaa Manea, the Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, hosted members from the Planning Committee of the New Urban Communities Authority, led by Ahmed Moussa, Assistant Vice President of the Authority, to discuss various city planning topics, Invest-Gate reports.

During the visit, Manea and the committee members conducted a field visit to several projects, including the new regional services area, the medium housing units under the presidential initiative, Housing for All Egyptians, as well as the Kafrawy Park to assess the development progress inside the park.

Moreover, they also visited the Dar Misr project in the western area of the business and financial district, the housing units for all Egyptians in the 10th District, the industrial zone in the southern developers’ area, the industrial zone between A5 and A6, and the green housing area. This reflects the commitment of the New Urban Communities Authority to accomplish the comprehensive state plan and work diligently to complete the national projects within the specified timelines.

Furthermore, Manea conducted an inspection tour to monitor the progress of work at several sites in the city. This included an inspection of the ongoing work at the project site to construct 52 buildings as part of the fourth phase of the presidential initiative in the eastern part of the Andalous District, in the 16th neighborhood.

Each unit has an area of 75 sqm and is equipped with all necessary facilities. Additionally, they observed the agricultural work, including green spaces and landscaping between the buildings and within the neighborhood.

The head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority emphasized that the ongoing work in implementing the “Eastern Axis Services Club” project was being closely monitored. This project is located on the eastern axis of services in the fourth phase of the city. It aims to serve social housing in the 11th, 16th, 15th, and 12th neighborhoods, the ebn baytak area in the 12th and 16th neighborhoods, and the surrounding areas of the club and other neighborhoods in the city.
