Winvestor Development has signed a contract with Post Tension Contracting (PTC), a specialized company in modern construction technology, to carry out the I Sheraton project in New Cairo using post-tensioned concrete, Invest-Gate reports.

The signing ceremony was attended by Hisham Ibrahim, the CEO of Winvestor Development; Mohamed Sherif, the Technical Office Manager at Winvestor Development; and Ahmed Ghanem, the CEO of PTC.

Ibrahim stated that Winvestor always seeks to form partnerships with major companies to ensure the implementation of its projects according to a set schedule and with the highest level of quality. He emphasized the company’s commitment to providing the best smart solutions for its clients.

He further explained that Winvestor Development is constantly looking to offer a distinctive and unique real estate product in the Sheraton area of New Cairo by providing all the services and requirements to achieve the highest quality in the real estate product offered by the company to its clients using the latest construction techniques.

Sherif expressed his satisfaction in partnering with a reputable company that has an impressive track record in the Egyptian market. He noted that the company operates using modern construction technology, which aligns with its plans and goals towards customers.

Ghanem stated that the company has successfully secured the contract with Winvestor Development to embark on a new challenge in implementing the I Sheraton project using modern construction technology with the post-tensioned concrete system.
