Scope Developments, one of Egypt’s leading real estate development companies, has announced its contract with Incomercial to manage, operate, and lease the Zoom Plaza project in the New Cairo South Academy district, Invest-Gate reports.

In a press statement, Scope Developments stated that this contract is part of its ambitious plan to collaborate with successful partners to provide the best post-sales services to its customers.

The contract with Incomercial will involve strategic consulting, necessary evaluations for project management, facility management consultations, property management and operation, preparation of all marketing research and studies for the facilities, enhancing the marketing and rental value of the project’s unit owners, and conducting studies that achieve the highest return on investment.

For his part, Mohamed Ghobashy, Chairman of Scope Developments, and the owner of Zoom Plaza, stated that the project stands out with its modern and unique architectural design, combining elegance and sophistication, making it a promising investment opportunity.

He affirmed that the project is designed according to sustainable development standards and is environmentally friendly, utilizing eco-friendly construction materials.

Moreover, Ghobashy announced the commencement of the ground survey works for the Zoom Plaza project. This announcement paves the way for the completion of licensing procedures, and the initiation of excavation and foundation works for the project.

Furthermore, Mohamed Shehata, Head of the Commercial and Retail Department at Incomercial, stated that the company aims to collaborate with distinguished partners in the Egyptian real estate market, targeting the application of the highest construction quality standards.

He noted that Zoom Plaza is a contemporary and innovative commercial real estate project ideal for global and local brands to enhance their presence in the Egyptian market.

In the same context, Mohamed Mohy, Head of Project Management and Marketing Sector at Incomercial, emphasized that Scope Developments is a leading real estate development company in Egypt with several diverse projects in new cities.

Notably, Zoom Plaza is considered one of the most important commercial and administrative projects in the South Academy district of New Cairo. The project’s total area is 3,384 sqm, with a built-up area of 13,000 sqm, equivalent to 40% for the ground floor and 44% for the repeated floors.
