Prime Developments has entered into a strategic partnership with Telecom Egypt (WE) to provide smart services and systems for its real estate projects, with a focus on the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
The partnership aims to enhance Prime Developments’ competitiveness in the market by developing and managing their projects using the latest global technological systems.
The contract was signed by Ishak Anwar, Chairman of Prime Developments, and Mohamed Abo-Taleb, Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Telecom Egypt, in the presence of officials from both companies.
According to Anwar, the cooperation protocol with Telecom Egypt aligns with Prime Developments’ vision and commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. The company aims to meet the needs of its customers by providing high-quality services and fulfilling their dreams through the implementation of the latest smart systems.
Sherif El-Domyati, Commercial Director at Prime Developments, explained that the contract includes the design and implementation of a network infrastructure within the projects, connecting it to buildings and residential units. This involves the installation of fiber materials, cabins, and other necessary infrastructure components. The implementation will adhere to the technical specifications set by the Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development and will be supervised by Telecom Egypt.
This partnership with Telecom Egypt will enable Prime Developments to integrate smart technologies and services into their real estate projects, enhancing the overall quality and offering advanced amenities to their customers.
