Alaa Manea, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, and officials from the authority, participated in the completion event of the main buildings of the Haier-Egypt Chinese industrial complex in the 10th of Ramadan City, Invest-Gate reports.

The event was attended by the Chinese Ambassador to Cairo, the Executive Director of Haier Group, and project officials.

Furthermore, Manea pointed out that during the event, there was an overview of the completed main buildings within the complex and a discussion on the status of the project’s facilities.

Also, Manea emphasized the complete commitment to developing cooperation mechanisms between the authority and other entities operating in all fields, especially in economic, commercial, and investment areas, in light of the state’s interest in establishing national projects.

In a related context, Manea followed the progress of several ongoing service projects in the city, noting that the implementation of a nursery in District 16, in plot number 76 in Zone 5, and the completion of a commercial market consisting of 12 shops in District 16 in Zone 5, as well as ongoing work in a basic education school in District 16 with a capacity of 33 classrooms.

Notably, Manea stressed that the executing companies were alerted to expedite the completion within the specified timelines, according to the agreed-upon schedule and the required quality. This demonstrates the New Urban Communities Authority’s keenness to implement the comprehensive state plan and work tirelessly to complete national projects within the set timelines.
