SODIC, a prominent real estate developer, has recently disclosed a global partnership agreement with Infinity, Egypt’s leading renewable energy and electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions provider, Invest-Gate reports.
The collaboration aims to institute a widespread network of Electric Vehicle charging stations across SODIC’s developments.
This strategic alliance underscores SODIC’s steadfast commitment to embedding sustainability within its operations. By integrating renewable energy and reducing its carbon footprint, the company strives to create intelligent, eco-friendly communities that enhance residents’ quality of life.
Moreover, the signing ceremony witnessed the presence of Ayman Amer, SODIC’s General Manager, Shams Abdel Ghaffar, Managing Director of Infinity’s EV Division, and senior representatives from both organizations.
Ayman Amer, SODIC’s General Manager, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “Partnering with Infinity, renowned for its robust credentials, is an exciting move for us.”
Shams Abdel Ghaffar, Managing Director of Infinity’s EV Division, echoed this sentiment saying, “We are delighted to collaborate with SODIC, a visionary in real estate development.”
Furthermore, SODIC has been at the forefront of sustainability initiatives, joining the United Nations Global Compact in 2014. Their commitment extends to powering headquarters via solar energy and obtaining green building certification for the flagship commercial project, EDNC
Notably, since 2018, Infinity has spearheaded Egypt’s EV charging industry. Their focus on creating a robust EV charging infrastructure has led to the establishment of the country’s largest and fastest-growing network of EV charging stations.
