Paragon Developments has announced its participation in the Nile Expo, a two-part exhibition held in Jeddah and Riyadh, with the aim of marketing its project portfolio to clients in Gulf countries, Invest-Gate reports.

The exhibition in Saudi Arabia showcases three of Paragon’s projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), featuring unique designs and providing a healthy work environment. The company has successfully delivered the first project and made significant progress in the construction of the second and third projects.

Paragon’s pavilion at the Nile Expo in Jeddah has received strong demand from customers, thanks to the availability of units in various sizes that cater to a wide range of customers. The company is offering special deals for the Paragon 2 project, including a 25% discount without a deposit and flexible payment systems with equal installment rates for up to five years.

Bedeir Rizk, CEO of Paragon Developments, stated that the company’s participation in the Nile Expo Saudi Arabia exhibition aims to increase its annual sales to customers outside of Egypt. Paragon is known for its implementation of smart and environmentally friendly real estate projects.

Rizk also highlighted the remarkable sales growth achieved by Paragon during the first nine months of 2023. By the end of 2022, 82% of sales were attributed to Egyptians living abroad and customers from Gulf countries. This positions Paragon as one of the leading Egyptian companies contributing to the growth of real estate exports.
