Al-Nayrouz Exhibitions is preparing to hold another edition of its Hazi Misr “This is Egypt” real estate exhibition in Dubai between 16 and 18 February 2024, said CEO Eslam Borhan, Invest-Gate reports.

The event will take place at Le Méridien Hotel’s conference hall. Preparations are already underway to achieve the desired results, Borhan explained.

More than 15 Egyptian developers showcased over 120 projects at the last “This is Egypt” show in Jeddah between 26 and 28 October and Riyadh from 2 to 4 November, said Burhan. Developments span the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, North Coast, Ain Sokhna and October.

Over 8,000 visitors attended the two-week exhibition tour of Saudi Arabia. Egyptian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ahmed Farouk opened both events and drew prominent Saudi officials.

The success of the Saudi shows follows prior “This is Egypt” successes in the Gulf, said Borhan. The exhibitions connect visitors with the brand and serve as a one-stop shop for Egypt’s real estate sector.

Borhan noted that timing considers expat Egyptians’ schedules and Gulf sisters’ holidays.

Al-Nayrouz spares no effort in promoting real estate events abroad via Gulf marketing channels and exposure, contributing to Egypt’s overseas property file, he said.

For his part, Vice Chairman Haytham Borhan said exhibitors offer special deals to attract more customers.

They also unveil new projects and proposals to capitalize on being outside Egypt and resulting attention during the event days, the vice chairman added.
