Also, El Assal emphasized their strategic partnerships, notably with CallisonRTKL, who designed the Radical-1 project, merging nature and contemporary design elements for an innovative, eco-friendly product overlooking IL BOSCO’s Vertical Forest—the first of its kind in the Middle East and Africa.
Radical-1’s units feature glass facades and curtain walls to maximize natural light, reducing reliance on artificial sources and energy consumption.
