Beltone Financial Holding has announced the successful completion of Beltone Investment Banking, its subsidiary, as the sole financial advisor for Hadayieq Zoos & Recreational Facilities Management, Invest-Gate reports.

Beltone Investment Banking facilitated the long-term financing of EGP 832 mn for Hadayieq, which was granted by the National Bank of Egypt and China Development Bank. This financing will be utilized for the revamp and transformative development of Giza Zoo and Orman Botanical Garden, aligning them with international standards.

The EGP 832 mn long-term financing represents the largest facility provided for an entertainment project in Egypt. Its purpose is to support the redevelopment, enhancement, renovation, management, and maintenance of Giza Zoo and Orman Botanical Garden.
